arrival to the hotel without any charges.
Later cancellations or no-show will require charging for the first
night (for individuals) and 5%/15%/50%/100% whole stay for groups (33-18 days befor arriva/18-8 days before arrival/8-3 days before arrival/1 day before arrival).
