Cancellations can be made
8 days (for groups 12 days) or earlier prior to the guest's arrival to the hotel without any charges.
Cancellations made
7-5 days (for groups 11-8 days) prior to the guest's arrival to the hotel require charging for the 10% of the each cancelled night.
4 days (for groups 7 days) prior to the guest's arrival to the hotel require charging for the 25% of the each cancelled night.
No-show will require charging for the first night.
