Located in a quiet residential area 2 km from the center of Lviv, the Zamok Leva (Lion’s Castle) hotel is housed in 2 historic buildings owned by the Austro-Hungarian and Polish elite before the World War Two, and by the Communist Party leaders in the times of Soviet Union. The unique fairy tale atmosphere of the little castle made an impression on the filmmakers from the Dovzhenko Film Studio who used the hotel and the park to film some scenes of a Christmas movie entitled “The Gift of Fate”.
In the Lion’s Castle guests will find friendly service and homely atmosphere. The hotel is surrounded by enchanting park, where guests can relax under the shadow of beautiful trees where the time seems to stop.
The hotel is often visited by celebrity guests like the dame of Polish film Beata Tyszkiewicz, Mikhail Gorbachev and in more recent times, Orange Revolution hero Viktor Yushchenko and many politicians and businessmen..
