Cancellation policy
For cancellation of booking requests for individual tourists cancellation fee is charged:
– between 29.12.07 – 02.01.08; 29.04. – 01.10.08 – at the rate of 100% of the cost of one room-night for each cancelled room for cancellation made in less than 6 bank days prior to the arrival date, non-arrival without notification (“no-show”)included;
For cancellation of group tourists booking requests cancellation fee is charged:
– at the rate of 50% of the cost of one room-night for each cancelled room for cancellation made between 14th and 3rd bank days prior to the arrival date;
at the rate of 100% of the cost of one room-night for each cancelled room for cancellation made in less than 6 bank days prior to the arrival date, non-arrival without notification (“no-show”) included.
– within any other periods – at the rate of 100% of the cost of one room-night for each cancelled room for cancellation made in less than 5 bank days prior to the arrival date and non-arrival without notification (“no-show”).
