Booking hotel in Ukraine

Our company negotiates rates directly with hotels and our price offer to clients is almost always discounted compared to official hotel rates. For most hotels in Ukraine we offer instant bookings. However, there are some smaller hotels and hotels in less popular travel destinations with availability confirmed within 24 hours. Our instant, online booking service is fast, convenient and secure. We keep our availability up-to-the-minute so you can book your hotel online with complete confidence.

You may book as many rooms as you like for any dates that you need by clicking on Booking.

You will then need to select the dates you wish to stay for, and then go on to choose your rooms. You'll also need to provide us with your contact information and credit card details. Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.

Some hotels require prepayment on any or some booking dates. In this case you will be informed about hotel payment and cancellation policy at the bottom of confirmation e-mail.
There are also some hotels in Ukraine-mainly in off the beaten track places that still apply reservation fee that was introduced as a rule in the Soviet Union. This fee usually varies between 20 to 25% of the first night room rate or occasionally 25% of entire stay. If a hotel still works in this system, you will find the information posted on the hotel's page

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions.

Visas and Visa Support:

Citizens of most Western countries, except Australia and New Zealand, do NOT need a visa for tourist stays lasting up to 90 days. If you need a visa, we will issue and send you visa support documents once the booking is confirmed.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a booking please click on Cancellation. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and take our responsibilities regarding the security of your credit card information very seriously.

When making a booking, your credit card information is sent via secure server. We use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details so that your credit or debit card details cannot be read as they travel over the internet.

Your credit card information is then held in secure database for a period of time to allow us to process your booking. Your credit card data will be held no longer than 30 days after the end of the month of your departure from our hotel.

To prevent unauthorized access and use of your information, we follow strict
security procedures in the storage and disclosure of your information.

About our Hotel Reviews

The reviews posted on our pages come from guests who have booked the accommodations through our service and actually stayed at the hotels.

We do not display reviews submitted by general public.

Only if you have booked with us your opinion will be published under condition it doesn't violate our policy.

We do not post hotel reviews containing not relevant content, profanities, personal insults, threads, HTML, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, web addresses.
